To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, you must have consistently used the cream for the full 90-day period. We want you to give your body the time it needs to respond. If, after 90 days of consistent use, you do not notice a difference in how you feel, simply send us a message. We will process your full refund, hassle-free. We ask for this time commitment because we are dedicated to results, not just quick fixes.

Please note: One jar is designed to last the full 90-day period when used as recommended. As such, only one jar is eligible for a refund under this guarantee. Any additional jars purchased are not covered under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you would like to request a refund for additional jars, this will fall under our standard return and refund policy, and the items must be returned to our warehouse in order to be eligible for a refund.

Allergy & Sensitivity Protocol

We pride ourselves on transparency and the quality of our natural ingredients. However, we understand that every body is unique, and sensitivities can happen.

Our full ingredient list is clearly published on our website. Please review this list carefully before purchasing.

If you are aware of an allergy or sensitivity to any of the listed ingredients, we strongly advise you not to use the cream, as this may trigger a reaction.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for reactions to ingredients you are already aware you are allergic to.

If you have no known allergies but experience an unexpected reaction (including but not limited to rash, redness, or irritation):

  • Discontinue use immediately.
  • Simply attach a photo: To be eligible for a refund in this specific scenario, a clear photo of the reaction must be provided.

Please send the photo to hello@wilderglow.com. Once received, our team will review the issue and guide you through the refund process.

Please note: Without photographic proof of the reaction, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund for allergy/sensitivity claims.

This policy ensures we can accurately track adverse events and maintain the highest safety standards for our community.

 

Damages and Delivery Policy 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items reported stolen or missing after confirmed delivery and a proof of delivery has been provided by the courier, are not eligible for a refund or replacement. However, if this occurs, we encourage you to contact our support team as such cases are reviewed individually.

 

Incorrect Address and Delivery Failures

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our team immediately at hello@wilderglow.com.

Please note: If an order is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, an address that cannot be located or verified by the local courier, or if delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or cannot be contacted by the local courier, Wilderglow is not liable for a refund or replacement.

If the order is returned to us and redelivery is requested, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery and reshipping fees before the order can be sent again.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Cancellations & Returns After Shipment

If a cancellation request is made while the product is in transit or marked as delivered and a full refund is requested, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.

All returns must be sent directly to our designated warehouse, not to a local courier’s warehouse or pickup location. Before sending any item back, please contact our team at hello@wilderglow.com so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. This helps avoid delays or confusion.

Please note: If a return is sent to an incorrect address, including a local courier warehouse or an unauthorized return location, the order will not be eligible for a refund. As outlined in our policy, items must be successfully received at our warehouse before a refund can be processed.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. 

 

Approved Refunds 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. or your credit provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at  hello@wilderglow.com or your credit provider.
